Impossible installation

Hi,

I'm quite used to install some scripts on our server, but this time, I've tried everything, on several subdomains, and each time I get this error:
Fatal error: Class 'erLhcoreClassSystem' not found in
/home/xxx/domains/livechat.xxx.com/public_html/index.php on
line 19

First of all, it was installed on a symlink, so I changed that.. I even tried to install version 2, but I always got this error.

If anyone could help, this would be perfect.

I must add:

My php and mysql versions are compatible, and I even tried to put everything with 777 permissions, but it seems that the problem relates to autoloading...

You are missing just some of the core files. Please make sure that you have uploaded all files and then try again.

Thanks for the help, that's nice.

But files are here, and I tried installing by several means, from git clone to unzipping directly the archive on the server (no possible file transfer issue)
