Is it possible you could addTranscript document of the conversation on the customer sideTime remaining before an agent will be with you how much person inline before that customer will be attended to.Thanks much

am asking if you can put a print out icon saying: (copy/print conversation) that customers can print out the conversation that they had with an agent
