issue from http and https
While guest is on chat, switch from an http to https page, lost chat session.

You are aware of the problem, or the problem is only mine?
If the problem is part of the kernel you are going to solve it, or not?
I'm testing your chat system to add it to our corporate website, but as you understand, must function properly. Then we can also undertake a business talk. I'm not hacking your system to play.

1. I won't fix http just do not have enviroment to test it. Although this would happen very rare.
2. Reproduce on demo.livehelperchat.com and write scenario what you did.

It's very simple: if you goes in www.100asa.it and start a chat session, operator cah reply to you. If you goes on https page (ie https://www.100asa.it/create_account.html) your chat session was lost. The solution is open chat session into new popup window, so also in https page works fine.
For your help, and for help projects, I can made an ftp account into our server, so you can test it.
If you want I can send by private email the ftp informations.

I did some internet digging. And just could not found solution for keeping cookies then users switch to https. So I ques the only solution for your situation open chat in popup window.
