You are installing on exiting database, so this is table duplicate, please remove old tables first before installing.

Do you at least read a new version news? there is always a update sql script which you have to execute. There is no need to install new version each time,

Yes, I executed the sql script. I am asking about the admin panel installation, not the whole package.
         
         1. Once I removed the tables, the data already in the databse lost right?

Yes, it's lost if you remove tables. Thats why you have to follow upgrade guide after issueed sql queries.
