I currently have it set to 'unbrand' in the settings file and the Proactive invitation and the popup for help request is all unbranded correctly and working fine, but the FAQ isn't "unbranding". It still shows the icon on the top left corner of the window and when its highlighted it points back to livehelperchat.com so its not acting like its "unbranded". Is this working as intended or am I doing something wrong?
