Pending Message Not Hiding

Hi Remigijus,
I think I have spotted a problem.

The visitor is chatting with the agent using the "chat widget". To hide the chat box the visitor clicks on the "Close" icon instead of the minimize icon. But the support agent is still active.
The visitor now clicks the green "Resume chat" button to continue chatting. Now the support agent continues chatting with the visitor and the communication goes on... But the message "Pending a support staff member to join, you can write your questions, and as soon as a support staff member confirms this chat, he will get your messages" is not hidden.

The message should appear when the "Resume chat" button is clicked, but should hide automaticlly when a message from the support agent arrives.
