cannot get custom variables

Hi, I'm a beginner dev and I'm trying to make the chat start with just the CPF field, and I would like to collect this data as a variable so I can use it in a Rest API. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong, even following the documentation.

additional_chat_variables

additional_chat_columns

chat_and_dashboard

visual_code_and_google_console

I just wanted to collect this field, rest api works with {{msg} and I would like to replace it with CPF field.

I found the problem!! In start form add only "CPF", and work with lhc.add.CPF (newbie dev problems rs).
