Attachment does not open

When receiving attachments from the client, image, file for example, it happens that the attachment cannot be downloaded through the specified path. What can it be?

First at all, thanks for the answer.

We don´t have any acess to the host, because it´s a paid host server.

There is another way that we can solve this problem?

In this case, who configurate the settings? The support of the server, or we can make something else?

The url pattern is the same, one opens the other not.
we have two cases of files received today. I'm a user using paid hosting, we don't have our own server.

I’ll check tomorrow myself. You should have told at first you are hosted client smile as not everyone who writes here is paid client.

I think after the chat has ended you delete the chat. If you delete a chat, chat related files are also deleted.
