Generate Widget Embed Code Questions
I have three departments, how do I generate Widget Embed code for each departments?

Hi and welcome!
In the settings, embed code tab you have all options.
You can click on Widget embed code (new) then you will see the input of selecting desired department.

Hello,
Thanks for the quick response. The only option I see on the department text field is “Any”. I can’t see other departments for some reason

If you don't see you are not assigned to them: try to open your account on top right of the LHC screen.
In your operator profile do you see the assigned department tab?
You need to be an admin for assign departments to you.

One thing, how do I customize chat widgets for each department? It looks like you can only do changes for all departments. Thank you again!

You need create a template for each department if you want a different template for each one.
You cannot have a widget with more than one department that switch to a different theme when a department is changed but you can have more widget theme that you can assign to embed code for different websites
