JS exception when agent tries to expand "Canned Messages" section.

When logged in as a regular agent, if they click the"Canned Messages" link just below the chat message input box, the follow JS exception is triggered and the Canned Messages does not appear. If logged in as an administrator it works fine.  Any ideas how to fix this?

It wasn't clear, but eventually I found: https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/canned/ -- I made sure "'lhchat', 'explorecannedmsg'" permissions were enabled, but that didn't seem to help.

Make sure your mysql version supports json_extract if what update mysql/mariadb
