Hi
I have a department and set a bot for it,
Blocked users can enter to bot and then transfer to operator.
Any solution for control blocked users by bot ?

Blocked users in general should not be able to enter bot at all. Unless you missed something in your explain how can they do it.
AT the moment there is no option in the bot to check is user blocked. Unless you explain me how blocked user can start a chat in general?

I hide "nick" in default form, I have an additional field with name = mobile
after enter to bot i set nick = mobile
I cannot block by custom fields ?
I cannot recheck blacklist after set nick ?
