Use the Live Helper Chat widget logged

Hi,

I am building an application using Live Helper Chat. I would like to communicate my web page users with some operators using the widget.

At this moment my users can use the chat as "Visitor", I wonder if it is possible that the users could use the widget with their names or with a some kind of id.

Each visitor is identified by his online unique id which you can set yourself. So each time they would get same value.
