You should set column width to 6. 12 - 100 %, 6 - 50%

same but not worked still the form is not coming up.

Hi Bipul,
in settings, live help configuration (tab), start chat from settings be sure your settings is the default one or the used one.

I never seen any issue related to this: not in my installation and not into the demo

so seems maybe something can be wrong your side.
Check also with different browser and using incognito mode... but maybe some settings you set can be wrong or you are just missing something.
