only with safari session is not persisting between page loads

hi

I follow this guide:  livehelperchat.com/my-users-looses-chat-session-then-they-navigate-through-the-site-duplicate-online-users-records-377a.html

and everything is ok when we use chrome and firefox (both windows and mac). But when we use safari, it shows new chat form at every page refresh. chat is installed as subdomain.

domain : mydomain.com
chat : chat.mydomain.com

Hi, thank you for your post and question on the live helper chat forum!
Unfortunately the developer can be busy so the reply can take time or sometimes be missed.

I don't know if will be possible fix for Safari and if the problem is directly LHC and not Safari.
You can also try to open a GitHub issue: https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/livehelperchat/issues
