Trying to use GEO-City

I uploaded the MaxMind GeoLite2 City databases or whichever it is (the free one) and i get this error when i try to save as City not country:
Class 'GeoIp2\Record\Subdivision' not found [16-Jan-2014 18:53:52 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class 'GeoIp2\Record\Subdivision' not found in /lib/core/lhexternal/GeoIp2/Model/City.php on line 97

In general, it gives just additional data as latitude, longtitude and city name. Which you can in online user info infobox. Just click online user icon in online users list.

For example, it says America/Chicago but im in the Dallas, TX areaâ€¦ just strange. Also, question: I have the live chat box appearing at the bottom right (the green/grey guy icon for online/offfline).. but when I sent private messages, it opens up in the window, not a popup. 1. GEO accuracy is MaxMind stuff not my.2. No idea there, like usually all messages to users opens as invitation to chat.

I have the same problem, I have the Geo configured, but it does not show me the user's location.
