Forms in the LiveHelperChat
Hey Guys,
I have a problem with the forms in the LHC. I have a form configured and I can also access it from my chat widget. Then an email is also sent to me after a person fills out the form. But in this mail there is too much information. I would like to not track all the information. Maybe the example below makes it clear:
Name - Tom
E-Mail - ***.de
Nachricht - asdasdasd
Anhang: "xxxxxxxxx"
--
IP - "87.155.xxx"
URL Referrer:"xxxx"
My problem is that I would like to include in the email after filling out the form not the IP, attachment and URL referrer. Is this possible?

I think the only customization you can do is in the email template.

Some of the e-mails comes from ***, where can I change that?
You have to edit mail templates. E.g http://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_adm … ilTemplate
Edit "From e-mail" and set proper sender e-mail.
