Good morning, I have noticed that when a user has the preloaded email "lhc.email" and they try to send a copy of the chat, they get "invalid email"; However, if any character is deleted and it comes back and writes, at that moment if it lets the mail be sent.
it does not affect operation, but for a user it can be confusing.
Thanks for the software every day I learn more about it and it is amazing.

Hi, thank you for your message and sorry for the delay!
I have tried to reproduce that but I was not able to.
It happens also with other chat language?
Are you able to replicate in the demo of live helper chat?

Good morning, I put you a little more in context, when you start the chat the mail is collected, with which at the end of the chat, if the user sends a copy of the chat "Send chat", the mail is already preloaded without the write it down; when you hit the send button, the error is triggered; and so the error will continue unless at least one character is deleted and rewritten.
I could not replicate the live help since there you have to write the mail completely.

I also wanted to ask you, if when you find errors this is the right place to report them.
As always thank you very much, and I have been learning a lot about the use of bots and respAPIs and it has been great.

The forum is the right place.
I tried to replicate starting as user a chat inserting name and email.
Ending the chat than send chat, no errors for me.
