File not found at first login

I installed Live Helper Chat on a VPS with Plesk using Softaculous.
The VPS has Debian 10 with Apache and Nginx as a reverse proxy.
After installation, in mydomain.tld/chat I can see the home page with "Chat is currently unavailable. Please try again later.", but with mydomain.tld/chat/index.php/site_admin/user/login gives an error "File not found".

there is no default.log file in mydomain.tld/chat/cache.
There are only 4 folders: cacheconfig, compiledtemplates, translations and userinfo.

means it's something else wrong with your server with which I don't know what.
