Widget on mobile redirect to the LHC installation

Hello, i seem to have a problem with the live chat widget on my website.

On desktop, the widget function normally. When clicked, it queries names, phone number, and messages. But on mobile, it opens a new window and didn't ask for names, just go straight to chat.

Am i misconfiguring something? My website is at xionco (dot) com.
