Disabled muted Sound by default on User Side ?

Hello,

When I'm opening new chat from User Side, the sound is muted by default.

I would like to disabled this and have always sound when starting new chat on User Side.

I searched several hours on setting panel, in doc files and google, i don't get any answer.

I'm new here, sorry if the answer wrote somewhere in the forum or in documentation.

Try incognito because this setting is remembered n browser smile

I saw that on demo page on livehelperchat.com, the widget don't have this problem and work well, but when i open in popup, the sound is muted by default again.

Yes exactly, only this happen on popup windows.
