Just curious on the reply to chatbox if we should adjust the fields a bit. see image for text explanation.
Also what is the feasibility of being able to get a text message on a cell phone if no operator is online and there is a chat request. Just chatbox request not any other request. My thought here is that i (like others), am a small company and i may not always be around to see a chat request. And i dont want someone to send a chat request and not get any reply and get upset. I know many people will see no operator online and put 2 + 2 together and common sense and see that no operator means no chat reply. But still is it feasible or practicle to be notified of a chat request by text message on cell phone so that if someone does send a request i may be able to jump on and reply to them right away.

I ques you mixing chatbox with Live Help widget. Live help have such functionality see department configuration.

no i mean chatbox, you have it as a smiley face icon on your site. If that is active then if someone posts a chatbox message noone is around to reply unless an operator is online. Im not talking about the livehelp, it has offline and online views so people know.. But the chat box if noone is there then what ? they get no reply

Well chatbox purpose is not to give a support, so it's does not make sense from my point of view, to make any fancy stuff like live help has.
