Translations for non text message response types

Hi Remdex!

I am trying to setup translations for the bot flow using messages identifiers and translation groups and for text messages it works well. But it seems as not working, for example,  for 'collect custom attribute' response type when I am trying to use identifiers for 'Intro message' and  'Confirmation message'. Bot simply answers with raw identifiers like {email_message_intro__What is your email, in case we get interrupted?} or {email_message_error__Your e-mail seems invalid.} What I am doing wrong?

I'll checked. Some it's not translated. I'll fix it now and update this thread.

Remdex looks like there is similar issue with autoresponder. I have a translation but it displays original one

Please check chat locale of the chat in
the database as this time there is no bug..

If you have not resolved your problem yet few tips

1. Check in database - chat_locale value for chat. If you pass siteaccess it's value will be content_language not from browser header.
2. Make sure you have this locale defined here - https://demo.livehelperchat.com/index.p … h/dialects
3. Expanding language under translation [da] you will see what langauge codes it would match.
