You are talking with our bot now...

Hi!

in case when proactive message trigger fires in the char header 'Live support' is diplayed. But as soon as any message has been posted by user into the chat the header becomes white and shows 'you are talknig with our bot now'

When usual bot is runnnig then bots name and avatar is displayed in the header. Any chances to achieve the same with proactive triggers?

In "System configuration -> Live help configuration -> Start chat form settings" you can choose to show operator profile and if you use themes it will show profile from theme settings.
