New install can't login

It was running before in an old instance. I wiped out the database and started fresh and now it doesn't let me login. Nothing happens after I put the credentials in. There is no error message. Please help!

debug is set to true but nothing shows up to troubleshoot it.

Weird. I decided to login to Chrome Incognito and it worked. Why is that I can't login to normal Chrome?

i had the exact same problem, only it was in a production environment...

the cache and cookies workaround did the trick for some time, but it still happens some days after

is it possible to prevent this permanently?

This seems to be a live helper chat issue. Check your bowser settings and the previous provided guide,
Try also a different browser.
