Is there any trigger for bot, if chat was not accepted for "n" seconds?

But if you use auto responder. You can setup that auto responder should send some message if chat is not accepted for n second and execute your chosen trigger.

How I can send email, if chat was closed by bot, or trigger sending email before closing it?
I checked in department settings "Inform then chat is closed automatically, only mail notification is send."
But it doesn't help.

Waht you mean it does not help it does not work or? because here it works...

When the department is offline, FORM appears, after submitting, email will be sent and chat will close.
But when chat is transferred to bot, and you trigger "Update current chat" and chose "Close chat". Chat is closed without sending email.
