On closing a call, can you dump the contents to email. For example in to Salesforce?

At the moment you can't. There was intent to buid some hooks for that. With self hosting and very simple extension it's pretty easy to do, but with default features at the moment not possible. But there is option to send chat of closed e-mail. If sales force supports mails receivement you could put sales force e-mail there. But not sure it's possble.

In department notifications tab => "Other" just put e-mail which should receive an e-mail.
