Hello, I want to use conditional responses on my bot, for example if the time is betewwen 8:00 am and 12:00 the bot must send a messaga like Good morning, or if the time is betewen 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm the bot must to send Good Afternoon finally if the time is betewen 6:00 pm and 7:00 am next day the message must be "At this moment we are not inline please write later".
Is this possible?

By the way. I just did one update on master branch so bot can follow same online logic as core of the system or override it as it does now and be always online. There is new option in department bot section.

Pretty good works perfectly, but I have another question, Is it posiblle have a messag when there aren't support online?
For example if there are not support users is going to show "There are not support in line" but when there are support show a optiones menu?

If you use update chat -> transfer to operator trigger there is option to set trigger to execute if there is no online operators. That's the only option.

Ok I understanda, I only want to show a Menu option if the time is betwen 6:00 am to 8:00 pm and show a message like "We are not working at this time" from 8:00 pm to 6:00 am, because this message is goint to dependes company worsk hours/day.
Is this possible?

In your case i would just update to recent version and check checkbox in bot section in department so bot would be offline in your work hours also.
