Widget Refresh

1. Probably have a setting wrong but I can't find it. Using widget for chat, on page refresh ,chats gone and now its asking name and question again.
2. Using autoresponder I have a bot shows a button, "Leave Message" how can I click button and have it switch widget to the leave message screen?
3. Same bot, "Response Type" - Send Text,  Text of - "I am bot".  Text doesn't get sent at all, button does. Tried just text no button still didn't send text.

As always apps appreciated and the support to.

Re: Widget Refresh

Oh Ok thanks.

While your thinking, is it possible. When a autoresponder is used a bot can be triggered. Is there a way to only show the bot once. Now it shows after the instant message. If I have another message 30 seconds later it shows the bot again,  at least in my case. Could it be programmed to lets say, I want to show the bot but only once and after the 2nd or third delay programmed into the autoresponder.

Just my way of thinking have logic look if autoresponder has more than one message to send have an option to run bot when autoresponder completes completely, Thanks

Re: Widget Refresh

That does work. It takes you back to the leave a message screen but, it takes them there instantly when the first message is sent. They actually don't see the message, it just jumps to leave a message. The little update I mentioned might be worth thinking about. If I could tell autoresponder not to trigger bot first complete, wait until 2nd or 3rd message then trigger,  that would work correct in these circumstances. Thanks for the trick though,  might have to look into other calls smile

Re: Widget Refresh

Worked great, created second trigger in bot for button, gets the text and a button, hit button switches to leave message.  status_sub and value 1 go back to chat?

Re: Widget Refresh

Once he’s in leave a message form, there is no way to go back smile that’s why more logical just collect info in bot itself

Re: Widget Refresh

There is now option to set bot trigger within individual auto responder pending message, just update.

Re: Widget Refresh

Still having one problem I can not figure out. The widget with a chat in it disappears on a page refresh and asks for name and question again. In embed code I have it un checked for "Start new chat on page refresh". I have set it to fresh:false, see if that helps.  Any helps really appreciated, thanks
