Hello, i'm hoping someone might be able to help.
our operators have always been able to see and transfer to other departments in our organization. Suddenly at some point in the past week or so, they can no longer see any other departments that they are NOT a part of. Administrators still can, but Operators cannot. We have not made any changes to permissions or roles. Was there a recent update that would have affected this? is there a new permission I need to give to my operators?

Yes correct there was a change what departments operator can see.
