HI,

i need help related to online visitor not receiving invitation message, if visitor refresh or change page then message delivered only.

Please use the new beta widget than when you generate the embed code check option to check for operator message (Check for operator invitation messages).

tried, but no solution, message not coming to visitor side, only after refresh

You maybe made some mistake. Are you using the old widget?
In the embed code you can generate the code for the old widget and for the new: beta-

If you are using the old it's normal you need refresh the page as live invite is not supported.
If you are using the beta all should work.
If not can be helpful know the webpage where the widget is placed so I can try to take a look or make a screenshots or video about the issue.

Hi, I removed the login information from your last post.
You should not insert credentials on a public community also if is just testing smile

I fixed the issue.
In the settings, live help configuration, chat configuration, misc (tab) you missed to set: http: in the second input filed and the issue is resolved by removing the check box on the option "Disable HMTL5 storage, check it if your site is switching between http and https"
