Widget appears offline
Hi
I'm logged in as an administrator, but the Widget appears offline,
Verify my operator profile and I am assigned to the department.
I update the site and randomly changes the status from online to offline

Umh Can you try with PHP 7.3?
When this issue started? Maybe someone changed some setting?
You can ask for the commercial support (link on my signature).
You can try to see if a new installation with default settings works.
Without having access to your installation is difficult from here say what can be.
