Is there any way to not creating lead when customer use offline widget?
I mean when customer click on offline (leave us message) widget and fill everything and then click on leave message button it goes to pending chat. I want to dismiss creating chat only send email is fine for me. I tested my SMTP connection and it works fine. How can I cancel to create new chat?.

Hi bayanaask, thank you for your question!
You can disable the option to save offline message as chat from settings, live help configuration (tab), offline settings, Do not save offline chats.
Try if this works.
