How to change widget template in hosted version of LHC
Hello there!
I ordered a hosted version of LHC (smartnews360.livehelperchat.com) So I have no ability to directly manipulate files and amend the code.
I need to change text "Your question*" to something more friendly. Could someone tell me how to do that?

Maybe in the hosted version you cannot customize all... but i prefer the chat owner can confirm this to you.

Hi Yurii, i notice that remdex will try to reply you in the late evening.
In short you will need hide the start chat field in settings, live help configuration, start chat form settings, default settings than hide the field.
After do that you should use the custom html field in theme.
