I am thinking about if someone forgot to log out and chat status shows online. When customer start chat it ringing the department, but only one agent logged in forgot to log out. I want to force log out or stop ringing chat or inactive that agent.
I tried 2 different ways.
1. set 5 minutes to chat configure -> misc
2. I also installed chrome extension and set.
Is there any other way?. I am thinking about why step1 does not working also step2 doesn't work.

Hi bayanaask, what the option showed do is set the live chat offline if that was the only operator online and has inactivity.
You should not have live chat hours that ignore the operator status or chat will be online so you will hear ring the chat as all connected operator of a specific department are informed.
An admin can also edit operator profile and check offline checkbox maybe. Not sure, you need test.
