proactive chat sound not playing on invitationss
Hello ,
I am using the latest version 3.22
The proactive chat invitations are not playing the sound.
Please help!

what is the browser used?
Firefox now block sound auto-played.

I am able to replicate this so i reported and asked to the chat owner.

Browsers are changing the way auto played sound are played.
In Firefox you have an icon on top and need to authorize this.
Seems now also Chrome is limiting autoplayed sound so for now there is no much work who can be done by live helper chat side.
