How to setup BOT

Hi,

I have setup a BOT, but was curious to know if the BOT can run along side of the normal process of LHC?

I want to make it so that if the customer types 'status' anywhere in the initial chat, it will do a certain action. But if the customer did NOT type the text 'status' then the LHC would just function as normal.

How would I set that up?

thank you for your post. Unfortunately as i don't use the boot i cannot help with that.
