Transfer using REST API

Hi folks. I'm wondering if it is possible to transfer a chat back to the department queue with the API? I'm thinking maybe it is by using updatechatattributes, but I am struggling to figure out how to use that call. Most of the data I sent ends up being part of "additional_data" on the chat object. Thanks!

Re: Transfer using REST API

Hi team. Thanks for the quick responses. I have used the setchatstatus call and it now shows as pending, however the user object on the chat still shows the agent info and the user_id is also still set to the agent's user_id. Can these be reset as well?
