Change items order at start chat window

Hi!

I need to change the order for the fields on the start chat window. I need to have the filed for Department on the first place, before name and question for start.

Anybody knows if there is possible?

So, you suggest to make it with a custom theme, but do you know how to change the order in the custom theme?

Maybe on the start chat field, custom field you can decide the order with default value for example 1, 2, 3.
You need to test this and see if help, if not i suggest to open a GitHub issue or ask to the commercial support as i cannot do much for help with this.
