set up an operator to automatically receive a chat

Can I set up an operator to automatically receive a chat? The idea is that if someone calls in a certain department, the "x" operator already receives the chat automatically. Grateful.

thank you for your question.

My support here is limited. I think a chat started in a department will be visible to all online operators assigned to this department or is managed by round roby automatic chat assignment.
