Why field lat and lon in table lh_chat_online_user is null ?
Hi,
Why field lat and lon in table lh_chat_online_user is null ?
Because it is null, it is not visible on the maps ?

Is your install a new self install installation? Have you edited settings or database?
Where you downloaded the software, is installed by you or by a control panel?
Usually the default install works without issues.

why not GEO Enabled Get API Key from - ipstack .com?
