Live Helper Chat not working after changing themes

After changing site themes the Live Helper not working properly. When I try to submit the form all I can see is the loader image and it loads forever. We have tried reinserting the generated code but it is still not functioning.

Appreciate if you could advice me on how to rectify the problem. Here's the site https://www.els.edu.my/

Are you using additional CSS in your widget theme?
When you talk about themes you mean widget theme?

Usually if you have no additional CSS your issue sound to be a server issue.

Hi,
you are using a very old chat version so I cannot support you.
Also seems your server give the error 503 service unenviable when try to start a chat in your widget: this can be an issue with your server /hostng.

First step is to try to use an updated version of live helper chat.
If the issue is the same maybe the issue is in the server or hosting configuration.

After testing your situation your problem seems to be not relative to the "Header always unset X-Frame-Options" so the topic I linked is not your case.
In the console I see error 503 and this error come from your server.

I suggest to try a new install.

but maybe is better try a new install in your case where you have issue or you can try to update and if the issue persist try a new install.

Hi,

I have installed the latest version (3.09) at the time. According to the instructions in the below link:

I have pasted my bootstrap files into bootstrap.min.default.css. But no changes effect! I downloaded the bootstrap file from https://bootswatch.com/.
As to mention, I even changed the file name to bootstrap.min.css, but no changes. I cleared the cache, but no changes.

What am I doing wrong?
