Hi,
While the operator is online but does not (or could not) to answer visitor after a defined time (and/or if the visitor sends a message and the operator does not answer him/her and he/she left the website), is there any way that chat messages contain could be sent by email automatically? If the answer is "yes" then how can I make that?

You can set an email alert in the department settings on the notification tab.
