Chat no longer working

Clicking START CHAT does nothing.

This has worked for a couple of years. Now has stopped.

If I expand the chat box, I get HTTP ERROR 503

Please advise.

Hi, all is working fine on livehelper chat so maybe is your server or maybe your LHC and server apps are not kept updated.

So please check with your host why the server error 503. Try to restart your server. You can also enable debug.

I suggest to change Geo IP using MaxMind or different service. Are you using LHC 3.1 ?
