503 (Service Temporarily Unavailable)

Hi

everything has been working ok for months until two days ago livehelperchat is not working... I see no errors on logs but in the JS console I see 503...

does anybody had this issue before?, I upgraded to version 2.98 but still having issues sad I dont know where else on server to check...

any help or pointer would be appreciated

I did that but still getting

I can clearly access the server so not sure why s giving me 503... any other idea please?

Have you done an upgrade or something in those days?
Usually Service Unavailable is a server issue

no, nothing on the server but I found the issue... I disabled GEO detection configuration and now chats are back working... however we need GEO detection configuration lol....

none of them are working... not even the php-geoIP ... I do have the php module installed and the geoip dat file in /usr/share/GeoIP but it will show error when trying to save

Setting service provider failed, please check that your service provider allows you to make requests to remote pages!

is a dedicated server so yea, we can make requestes to remote pages
