Because it happens that if I upload an update to my web page it does not show me the chat window, I have to erase my browser's cache to visualize it.
Do you know why this happens? how can I solve it?

I have the version, but when I upload changes to my webpage the chat no longer shows it, only until I clear the browser's cache.
Why does this happen?
is there any way to clear cache from the configuration and remove cookies?
