Popup window
Good afternoon, is there a setting that will make my chat display a screen and alert (besides the audible alert) if I am attending another client? If so, where do I do it?

Hi Syndata,
you can add message box alert (for operator side) new chat by going on
settings >> live help configuraton (tab) >> Synchronization and sound settings >> New chat request notification settings
than check the check box on Show alert message on a new chat request

Hi guys. I'm back. I search the forum and found this question because i'm wanting the same thing. But, i made the recomended configuration and i'm don't getting pop up alert.
What i could be doing wrong ?

The issue persist also using a different browser?

Hi. I'm using 2.93v
When i made the configuration described in this topic, the pop window is not working. But, when i made the configuration described here https://forum.livehelperchat.com/viewtopic.php?id=2404, the pop window is working fine.
