19 - Notification about new chat (profile notification new tab)

An update of today has introduced a new Notification Tab under Operator profile.
Here you can check the box "Show alert for new chats" for be alerted also if your operator profile are set to offline and you may want to be notified about new chats:
this can be useful if you have work hours automated online setting active.

You can always find also Notification permission button in ---> Settings --> Live help configuration (tab) --> Chat configuration
