Thank you Rem on the bots.I created Bot and added it to department.I can see Bots on Dashboard but cannot locate where do i add triggers ....I am stuck

Hi Lilo,
thank you for your post.
For set triggers please open settings, live help configuration tab, bot list than click on bot name.
Add a group than you will be able to add also Triggers.

Thanks for quick repsonse..It will be nice to have a more detailed infor on how some of the functions or triggers mean..I will spend time experimenting and send something to other users to benefit on this great feature

Hi Lilo,
I think remdex has a lot of work and free user will have to test.
Customer that made donations and support the project also with the commercial support will not have too much issue.
Make documentation require time as job is need to fix issue and improve the software.

Also for me Lilo it's not all clear but I can also understand remdex and I am so grateful about this chat. Is the best chat software i tried.
