Hi im currently busy making my website with the chat but i need to know how to use the polling cause ive set it up but it wont allow me to make people use the poll...

Is there an option to direct the user to a poll or how do i let him vote in the poll..?

a poll created in /questionary/list

Maybe are you talking about survey after the chat?
Please read the documentation:

In settings, survey you can create survey. After done you can create embed code by selecting the survey to include.

how do i put it in the website chat when they are done chatting

For help you please try to read post and reply so this will not make my work bigger.
If you want activate a survey after the chat so visitor can vote the operator you have to create survey first.
You can do this from settings, live help configuration, Surveys.

Once you have one or more survey you have to create embed code
here you will find survey drop down so you can select one of the avaiable survey.
User will be redirected to the survey after operator close the chat.

im sorry, i want one after the chat and one i can send them a link from or somehow?
where do i create the embed code for the survey?

Actually survey seems to be supported only after operator has closed the chat.
Please try by yourself to understanding the use of the livehelper or maybe you will start a very long discussion here.

If you open LHC (Live Helper Chat) you will find the settings page, here you can fin all you need,
you will see also read Embed code tab and maybe you want create embed widget code.
