Questions on extension Telegram and Live Helper Chat.

Hi
1. Is it possible to modify the extension Telegram, so to be able to transfer chat to another operator and close the chat.
Also, to see if the visitor has closed the chat.

2. The "Show a leave a message form when there are no online operators" checkbox mark,but window widget not popup. Live Helper Chat version 2.91.

3. On a smartphone, the widget window goes beyond the screen. Is it possible to make the widget window adapted to the screen size of the smartphone.

1. Just use chat commands. !transferforce

2. This one can't help because works locally. Perhaps it tries to open popup but browser blocks.
3.  Sorry but here all works correctly, so cannot help. Reproduce with demo. and send screenshot of demo.

On the third question. The pictures show that the widget window is larger than the smartphone window.

It's because your site is not mobile friendly. Try to add this tag at-least
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

Using the tag fixes the problem with the widget, but destroys the layout of the site. Is there an option to insert a tag into the widget?
